Dear Lausanne, have you always been so beautiful? We are already totally amazed by this small Swiss town built on three hills next to Lake Geneva and the Alps. It seems almost a bad thing that DERZEIT is here to work: Thanks to TJ Studio we report about the TJ Showroom S/S13, TJ Studio, we report about the TJ Showroom SS13, which supports emerging designers on their way into the fashion business by connecting them with press and buyers.
But before we dive deep into the creative ideas of the twelve newcomers presenting their latest collections, we decided to get in touch with the Swiss fashion scene. Because real bloggers network all the time. The lovely girls behind TJ Studio, Chiara Travaglini and Siham Jmammou, invited us for welcome drinks in an intimate round of press peeps, designers and bloggers from all over the world at their office in the old town center. Due to our horrible français we failed chatting with the locals, so we took pictures instead. Here are some first style notes.
