Some of you may have already noticed that we are event junkies: Totally obsessed by the idea of going out every night. Have you ever laughed about those people you always see everywhere? It’s us. Already wisened eventers, only extreme discipline can stop our feverish anticipation: we're always too eager when awaiting the uncountable interesting goings-on around here.

That is why we definitely won’t miss the first "Long Night of Design Studios” that will take place on June 7 in cooperation with design network Create Berlin, which is part of the DMY International Design Festival 2012 (that you shouldn’t miss either). In more than 50 different studios and ateliers across the city there will be a multitude of vernissages, product launches, concerts, film screenings and presentations, all reflecting the duty and function of (good) design.

If you don’t see us deep in intellectual conversation, we might be out midnight shopping. The "Design Shopping Night" is on that night as well. Selected design shops open their doors to woo us with discounts, drinks and canapés.
