What would fashion week be without music? What is life without the appropriate soundtrack? Right. So here’s a little something for you: We’ve dug through forums and archives, schmoozed artists and labels, and finally found a track to match every issue. The best thing is that every day we’ll make this track available to you. Amongst them are remixes, hidden tracks, unsigned artists and even a pre-release. We’ll start with Berlin Project Uhoh! Their track “Ride On” is based on Beach Boy Brian Wilson. He was “forced” to go surfing with a television crew in tow, despite hardly knowing how to swim - let alone to surf. But his family pressured him to publicly maintain his surfer band image, so he had to go along with it. This tragic story is turned into a spheric, melancholy electro sound by Uhoh! – as if specially designed for our “Apocalypse Postponed” issue.
